About the role
At Archer, we are scaling production of our cutting-edge eVTOL Aircraft. This team owns execution across assembly, integration, and test, managing detailed sequencing, resolving build challenges, and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure each aircraft meets schedule and readiness milestones.
Responsibilities

- Act as the primary interface across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management
- Build and manage detailed, task-based schedules (Smartsheet), driving critical path and holding teams accountable to milestones
- Embed with manufacturing teams to support day-to-day execution, remove blockers, and drive recovery plans to closure
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure build readiness, including material, configuration, and production planning alignment
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and gaps in execution, and implement solutions to improve throughput and reliability
- Communicate program status, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership

- Strong understanding of how products are built, with preference for hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience (motors, stators, winding, etc.)
- Proven ability to drive execution in manufacturing environments—not just track schedules
- Experience managing detailed schedules and dependencies (Smartsheet or similar tools)
- Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
Skills
- Experience in electric propulsion, electric vehicles, or adjacent industries (aerospace experience not required)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Teamcenter, and SAP
- Experience supporting manufacturing ramp, fabrication, and assembly execution for complex hardware systems
