About the role
The Data Center Design Team at Fluidstack is responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of 50GW+ of data centers over the next decade. Key responsibilities include driving the next generation of liquid cooling and electrical distribution systems, developing and scaling first-of-a-kind modular data centers, and influencing behind-the-meter designs and planning for multi-GW campuses.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management of concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs from initiation through construction-ready handoff.
- Build and maintain integrated master schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines.
- Establish program governance: milestone gates, design review cadences, change control, and decision logs that create accountability without overhead.
- Build playbooks, templates, and systems that let technical teams move faster.
- Identify risks, interdependencies, and blockers ahead of time so nothing is unforeseen.
Requirements
- You have extensive experience running technical program management for complex design or construction programs, particularly in data center or large capital projects.
- You have experience building integrated master schedules across multiple design disciplines and establishing program governance that adds accountability without bureaucracy.
- You have experience building playbooks, templates, and systems that enable technical teams to work more efficiently.
- You have a track record of anticipating and resolving potential issues before they become problems.
Qualifications
- You have a background in owner-side design and engineering project management.
- You hold certifications such as PMP or PgMP.
- You are proficient in tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Fluidstack is committed to pay equity and transparency.
