About the role
This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates to leadership on infrastructure program status, risks, and dependencies
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of datacenter power distribution, cooling, and related systems
- Act as a technical advisor to cross-functional teams, focusing on engineering challenges and solutions
- Coordinate multiple interdependent projects effectively
- Drive stakeholder decisions and eliminate roadblocks to resolve customer issues
- Create and manage timelines, meetings, and document repositories for RFPs
- Collaborate with factory PMs to support RFP phases from initiation to NPI completion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- 8+ years in data center or industrial technical program management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and integration strategies
- 5+ years of project management experience in scope, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Pay
$132,400 – $238,400 annually
