Technical Program Manager - Data Center Delivery

About the role

The Senior Principal TPM leads complex data center deployment projects, focusing on resolving blockers, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a delivery leader during high-priority projects, overseeing construction, cabling, validation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and risk management frameworks to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate site activities, conduct site walks, and oversee startup, commissioning, and quality assurance processes.
• Identify and mitigate deployment risks, resource constraints, and vendor performance issues.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams, vendors, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure construction aligns with specifications and drives process improvements.
• Lead problem-solving efforts, leveraging industry expertise and innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
• Support talent development and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements
