Technical Program Manager - Data & AI Tools

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead development of data-driven tools, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Center Delivery. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to design scalable data pipelines, real-time dashboards, and AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve operational decision-making and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data-driven tools, reporting platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities for OCI Data Center Delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable data pipelines and real-time dashboards.
• Develop AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operational decision-making.
• Automate manual processes and develop integrations across enterprise systems.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and manage complex programs.
• Drive adoption of data and AI initiatives and establish metrics for success.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to increase operational efficiency and visibility.

Requirements

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data analysis.
• Experience with AI/ML fundamentals and enterprise dashboards.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and effective communication.
