Technical Program Manager, Bridge

About the role

Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and shepherd features.
Create functional specs, project and release plans, and roadmaps.
Own and execute one or more software engineering programs simultaneously.
Drive product decisions that align with program and company objectives.
Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
Define and scale program processes and frameworks that can be adopted across the org.
Mentor TPMs and contribute to building the TPM discipline at Bridge.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, with a consistent track record of shipping products with broad and global customer impact.
• You have a track record of providing solid program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership throughout.
• You're not satisfied with just delivering programs on time—you're discerning about product and infrastructure architecture and can lead technical discussions.
• You don’t let problems remain ambiguous and directly drive clarity on decision tradeoffs and solutions.
• You operate independently and lead efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience at a fintech or payments company.
• Track record of driving programs with cross-organizational or company-wide impact — not just team-level delivery.
• Comfortable working directly with senior engineering and product leadership with limited support.
• History of building toward durable, long-term solutions, not just shipping on time.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear direction on decision tradeoffs.
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across teams.

Pay and schedule

• The annual US base salary range for this role is $208,200 - $312,200.
• For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
• This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
