Role Overview We seek a Technical Program Manager to collaborate directly with executive leadership, primarily focusing on launching critical products and services within a fast-paced embedded finance environment. Key Responsibilities Create and drive cross-functional project plans, ensuring on-time delivery through demos, milestones, and test plansAlign teams and senior leaders with executive goals, translating visions into actionable outcomesCoordinate with product, design, and engineering teams on scope, schedule, and tradeoffsServe as primary stakeholder contact, managing work breakdowns and technical system deep divesNavigate ambiguity to facilitate faster team progress Qualifications & Skills 7+ years in technical product or program management, with extensive engineering collaboration5+ years in software development or relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer ScienceProficiency with SQL, data analytics, and AI tools for decision-making and process improvementExperience managing cross-functional programs and release schedulesPassion for AI-driven development and continuous learning in AI tools Preferred 8+ years managing complex tech projectsExpertise in building sustainable processes across teams
