Technical Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives that enhance data governance, platform modernization, and machine learning infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program execution, including plans, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with engineering, product, data, legal, privacy, and business teams to align priorities and success metrics.
• Drive adoption of best practices for data and platform management, remove blockers, and monitor progress.
• Foster collaboration across organizations to improve data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and enhance execution frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, engineering systems, and data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-team programs, operating in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus points for experience in fintech, ML platforms, or regulated environments.
