Technical Program Manager - AI sales user experience

Responsibilities

• Helps deliver sales enablement and field support
• Participates in business deals
• Creates strategic partnerships
• Participates in pre-sales meetings with customers
• Identifies highly complex opportunities and gaps within products or functional areas, leveraging artificial intelligence to generate insights and facilitate decision making
• Leads engagements to gather feedback and drive improvements
• Works with cross-functional teams to design architecture and integrated customer solutions for complex technical needs
• Ensures the integrity and relevance of AI-generated insights
• Defines program goals and prioritizes deliverables based on organizational needs
• Manages risks using data-driven approaches
• Provides recommendations for continuous improvement
• Creates relationships and collaborative models to drive orchestration and alignment across business units
• Aggregates status updates and influences leadership on key objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 2+ year(s) of experience with user interfaces
