Technical Program Lead TS/SCI W/FSP

The Role

The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, integration, and delivery of mission-critical systems and solutions for a classified program. Key responsibilities include ensuring technical excellence, aligning with customer requirements, and maintaining compliance with security and program constraints. This role demands strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly secure, fast-paced environment.

Required Education and Experience

• Master's Degree Required
• At least three (3) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management
• Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle
• Experience explaining complex problems in simple terms
• Experience designing and integrating multiple systems, services, and applications
• Experience and knowledge of various architecture patterns such as microservices
• Experience with designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
• Experience architecting solutions for Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Experience in developing/supporting complex technical solutions
• MUST HAVE: TS/SCI w/FSP
• Day 1: Fully on-site, 5 days a week

Preferred Education and Experience

• Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• Experience designing and implementing multi-cloud solutions
• Experience with emerging technologies
