Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight across active O&M and commissioning programs to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with client and corporate objectives.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of engineering, operational processes, templates, and reporting across multiple projects and sites.
- Act as a technical liaison between operations, commissioning, engineering, and business development teams, ensuring integration of technical requirements.
- Aid in developing and reviewing project scopes, schedules, estimates, and resource plans in alignment with contractual and client expectations.
- Lead or participate in technical reviews, lessons learned sessions, and risk assessments to drive reliability, performance, and best-practice adoption.
- Contribute to business development and RFP efforts by drafting technical approaches, reviewing proposal content, and supporting pricing inputs.
- Support the Technical Operations Manager with workload forecasting, planning, and technical resource allocation across programs.
- Ensure technical governance and compliance, maintaining documentation for audits, client reviews, handover packages, and turnover deliverables.
- Provide client-facing technical support by attending meetings, presenting program-level updates, and representing engineering and operational perspectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor, data center, industrial manufacturing, commissioning, or O&M environments.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, ProCal).
- Nice to have proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data reporting and visualization tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking, scheduling, and compliance monitoring.
- Comfortable managing technical documentation and supporting version control processes.
- Reliable and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to task management and follow-through.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, or process systems used in mission-critical facilities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting O&M or commissioning programs, reliability initiatives, or technical operations teams.
- Proficiency with reporting tools, CMMS platforms, dashboards, or KPI tracking (Power BI, Tableau, Maximo, ProCal, etc.).
- Ability to interpret technical scopes, drawings, schedules, and resource plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience interfacing directly with clients.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
