About the Role

As a Technical Production Specialist at Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast, you will occupy a central role in our live and hybrid production experiences. Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical planning and execution of live, hybrid, and studio-based productions.
  • Ensure technical readiness and flawless run-of-show execution for all assigned events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality live events.
  • Develop and maintain repeatable production kits, templates, runbooks, and self-service tools.
  • Manage tangible product demos, tabletop capture, hybrid events, livestreams, internal town halls, creator and influencer demos, sales and marketing showcases, press events, and game launch moments.
  • Partner closely with studio and operations teams to ensure spaces, systems, and workflows are prepared for consistent execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during productions.
  • Continuously improve production processes to enhance speed, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical production, particularly in live and hybrid event settings.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong technical competence with experience in event production technologies.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Travel may be required up to 15% of the time, including support for cross-coast and global events.

Pay

$80,200 USD - $112,800 USD. Employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility.
