Technical Production Operations

About the role

This Production Operations role at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following established operating procedures, maintaining training records, sustaining material flow, and executing work orders to on-time completion. The position is part of the Reagent Operations department in Chaska, MN, and is primarily based in Purifications with potential flexibility to other areas based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production plan to meet due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must have an AA degree or higher.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and stand/move for extended periods.

Preferred experience includes work in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO).

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $25–30/hr, with eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.
