About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product & Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of product thinking and execution discipline. This is a role for someone who can define what we build and make sure it actually ships—on time, with the right quality, and with full cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and design to define product requirements, write clear specs, and prioritize features and bugs that move our core metrics.
  • Lead planning and execution across product and engineering initiatives, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned.
  • Drive agile methodologies—facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to maintain team velocity and morale.
  • Own ticket and task hygiene: ensure all work is actionable, well-documented, and sized correctly before it enters a sprint.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks early, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and metrics that give the team and leadership real-time visibility into progress, velocity, and product outcomes.
  • Measure the success of launched features and iterate based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
  • Interface comfortably with technical complexity—understand system architecture, API dependencies, and infrastructure constraints well enough to unblock teams and make smart tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a closely related role at a technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to own both the “what” (product definition, requirements, roadmap) and the “how” (execution, sprint management, cross-team coordination).
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services. You understand how payment infrastructure, compliance constraints, and customer trust intersect.
  • Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the judgment to know when to adapt the process to fit the team.
  • Comfortable with technical depth: APIs, mobile app development, data pipelines, and dev ops concepts should feel familiar, not foreign.
  • Exceptional communication skills. You can write a crisp one-pager, run a tight stand-up, and give a clear status update to a C-suite audience.
  • Proficiency with project management and product tooling such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar.
  • An analytical orientation: you default to metrics and data when evaluating success, and you know how to build dashboards that teams actually use.
  • Experience shipping mobile products (iOS and/or Android).

Nice to Have

  • Background working at a high-growth startup, ideally pre-IPO or Series A–C stage.
  • Experience with eCommerce or consumer financial products.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered features or data-driven personalization products.
  • Engineering, computer science, or quantitative degree.
  • Experience with localization, internationalization, or international market launches.

Benefits & Perks

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents on your first day of employment.
  • Receive up to $100 per month in fitness reimbursement or enjoy a complimentary full membership to LifeTime Fitness or Equinox.
  • 401(k) with a 3.5% match and immediate vesting.
  • Meal program available for both lunch and dinner.
  • Pre-tax benefits, including a $1,000 HSA match.
  • Life and accidental insurance.
  • Flexible PTO.
