About the role

Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Raritan, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, and ensuring alignment across all teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance to ensure clear understanding and alignment on requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure that the product meets business objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met through effective communication and collaboration with development teams.
  • Support the release process by providing guidance on feature implementation and ensuring successful deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex requirements into actionable items.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
