What's the Job?

Build and enhance Financial Crimes applications by partnering with business and technology teams to define requirements, manage the backlog, and deliver new functionality.

Assist in writing detailed business requirements and coordinate with technology resources to develop data and platform systems aligned with the product vision and roadmap using agile methodologies.

Act as a product owner for Financial Crimes applications, working closely with technology partners to develop solutions that meet complex business process needs.

Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria for system changes, recommend and initiate system testing, and act as an internal consultant to improve technical processes.

Lead or participate in technology initiatives addressing simple to moderately complex business problems, ensuring solutions are cost-effective and compliant with relevant regulations.

What's Needed?

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience
  • 3+ years of SQL programming experience, specifically with Teradata
  • Strong experience in business technology analysis, developing technical requirements, and working with JIRA for story, feature, and epic creation
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding USA PATRIOT Act and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint site design and administration functions
