About the role

Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization. We’re revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey. We're taking autonomous search mainstream, making product discovery more intuitive and conversational for customers, and more profitable for businesses. We're designing the future of autonomous marketing, taking the work out of workflows, and reclaiming the creative, strategic, and customer-first work marketers were always meant to do. And we're building all of that on the intelligence of a single AI engine — Loomi — so that personalization isn't only autonomous…it's also consistent.

We're making conversational shopping a reality, connecting every shopper with tailored guidance and product expertise — available on demand, at every touchpoint in their journey.

We're powering personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market motion for Bloomreach's strategic partnerships with AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and other key technology partners.
  • Develop joint positioning, support marketplace listings, and coordinate co-marketing activities with these partners.
  • Build the collateral sales teams need to co-sell effectively with these partners.
  • Work directly with Product and Engineering to understand technical details and translate them into clear, customer-facing messaging.
  • Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-mortems with real learnings.
  • Contribute to Bloomreach's API and agentic platform story, supporting materials for technical buyers, developers, architects, and IT leaders.
  • Support the team in building the materials that help sales and internal teams talk about Bloomreach's platform credibly and compellingly.
  • Take on other job-related tasks in support of PMM and business objectives as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Up to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or a closely related field — ideally at a SaaS or AI company.
  • OR equivalent experience in a technical role (engineering, product management, solutions architecture) with a strong desire to move into marketing and storytelling.
  • Experience working with technology such as Databricks, Snowflake, PayPal, Stripe, Google, AWS and other technology partners to jointly build and launch products, features, and go-to-market sales motions.
  • API/MCP fluent: you understand how agentic architectures work and how technical platforms deliver value for customers and partners. You're genuinely excited about the shift toward agentic and AI-driven architectures. You won't write code every day, but you need to be comfortable reading documentation and talking to engineers.
  • Strong writing skills: you can make complex technical concepts accessible without losing the precision that technical buyers expect. Clarity is your superpower.
  • Collaborative and proactive: you thrive in cross-functional environments, take ownership without being asked, and communicate clearly when you're stuck.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, marketing, business, or a technical field preferred.
  • An understanding of (or strong curiosity about) agentic AI architectures and MCP frameworks is a significant plus.
