Technical Product Manager - Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions. This role requires a blend of product management, technical expertise, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and product lifecycle.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Work with architects and developers to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Analyze product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify new product opportunities.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure successful adoption.
• Manage product documentation, release notes, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in software product development.
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
