Technical Product Manager - Healthcare Market Insights

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager - Healthcare Market Insights to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare analytics solutions that support better decision-making across provider and payer environments. The ideal candidate will partner closely with clients, design teams, and technical stakeholders to shape outcomes, validate concepts, and bring product ideas from discovery through launch. With a strong blend of product leadership, healthcare domain knowledge, and technical fluency, this individual will help define solutions that improve operational effectiveness and align with market needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare analytics solutions Prioritize product investments based on customer value and business impact Lead client-based discovery processes to validate customer needs and product outcomes Collaborate with Product Design to co-create and test prototypes and demos Shape solutions that enhance healthcare operations and market strategy effectiveness Partner with technical teams to define workflows and data integration specifications Manage the product life cycle and ensure successful release readiness and adoption Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field 7+ years in product management, technical product management, or related leadership roles in healthcare analytics or enterprise software Deep understanding of healthcare domain across provider or payer environments and related workflows Technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and interpret technical documents Experience writing technical product specifications and data requirements Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, and prototype validation Proven leadership in customer discovery and outcome management from concept to post-launch Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs Participation in an annual incentive compensation program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
