About the role
Enable our partners to launch Ads platforms across scaled customer bases. Work with partners to identify problems/opportunities, design a solution/product to address that problem/opportunity, provide engineering guidance and solutions, and establish development timelines.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Google Ads technologies to drive and optimize business growth from new opportunities.
- Work closely with partners across the product development lifecycle; from product ideation and strategy to solution definition, implementation, launch and go to market, and driving the completion of key execution deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Development Managers towards a common goal with specific partners, addressing product related and technical issues.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Implement processes for managing, engaging and expanding technology partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum Master or Product Owner Certified).
- Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation.
- Experience with UX design, web technologies (e.g., object-oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS), scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby), and API/back-end code in one of the following languages (e.g., Ruby, Java, or Python).
- Experience in operations management (e.g., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $148000 - $215000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
