Technical Product Manager, Cloud & Managed Services

Solutions are built on the Correlation Keystone Platform with managed services, cloud hosting, disaster recovery, business intelligence, and AI offerings. This is a hybrid position located in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of highly technical enterprise cloud and managed services products.
• Drive business needs while staying closely connected to the Voice of the Customer (VoC), collaborating with the technical team, maintaining industry/market expertise, defining product strategy, creating product roadmap, leading cross‑functional teams in delivering value.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and leverage high technical expertise with internal and external efforts.
• Lead analysis, creation, ongoing management and communication of assigned product roadmap(s) aligned with business objectives, supported by business cases, market/client research, data, competitive gap analysis; perform regular gap analysis to ensure products exceed marketplace options.
• Monitor channel performance to recommend improvements and new product offerings.
• Lead internal stakeholders (engineering, design, information security, sales, marketing) and external vendor partners to determine best implementation, launch, sustainment methods and other product lifecycle considerations.
• Responsible for programs that support customer adoption of hosted products and services; work with internal stakeholders to monitor and address product and client challenges.
• Translate customer needs and technology directions into new features and services; ensure products comply with applicable financial regulations and data security standards.
• Understand, research, and follow technical trends; collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure maximum effectiveness in delivering product requirements.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring technical solutions align with customer and business outcomes.
• Work as a product owner in an agile team: documenting user stories, acceptance criteria and product capabilities; deliver prioritized product backlog aligned with sprint goals and KPIs.
• Gather customer feedback to validate that the product works against stated metrics.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, engineering or related field (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years' experience in hosting and/or managed services B2B product management.
