Technical Product Management Lead

Candidates based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area will be hired in a hybrid capacity and are expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
About the Role
The Senior Product Manager will own end-to-end product development of multiple data-driven products that directly impact our customers and improve patient health. We are looking for a product leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, can take products from 0 to 1, and has deep experience building and scaling data-powered healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for driving strategy, execution, and delivery of technology products that serve healthcare providers, payers, manufacturers, and patients.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmap for data and platform products in the healthcare space.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Translate business goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and technical investments based on customer value, business needs, and technical feasibility.
- Drive agile execution with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 10+ years’ relevant experience with 8+ years in a hands-on product manager role.
- Proven success in launching and scaling data or platform products in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data and interoperability standards.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex backend systems or cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics tools, and modern product development frameworks.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have the ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
