About the role

Lyntris is seeking a Technical Product Lead to join our Healthcare AI portfolio. This role will bridge healthcare domain needs with technical capabilities, leading multidisciplinary teams and translating complex healthcare problems into actionable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare, medical readiness, and human performance research, development, and acquisition programs.
  • Adapt, integrate, and extend AI, analytics, and data technologies to address specific healthcare and operational needs.
  • Work with customers and subject matter experts to understand domain requirements, workflows, constraints, and measures of success, and translate these into technical priorities and requirements.
  • Evaluate proposed technical approaches for alignment with customer needs, program objectives, available evidence, and domain constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, domain, schedule, staffing, and integration risks.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and technical execution strategies.
  • Support proposal development, program transition, and follow-on opportunities by translating execution insights and emerging customer needs into technical strategies, work plans, risk assessments, and new solution concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, health informatics, systems engineering, data science, computer science, or a related scientific, engineering, or healthcare field.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary scientific or technical programs.
  • Demonstrated experience adapting, integrating, or extending AI, analytics, or data technologies to address specific healthcare, scientific, or operational requirements.
  • Strong technical judgment and ability to evaluate alternative approaches, identify risks, and make informed program decisions.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, academic partners, or other external collaborators.
  • Current U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in biomedical engineering, health informatics, systems engineering, data science, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with physiological or behavioral data, multimodal data integration, predictive analytics, explainable AI, causal modeling, knowledge management, or decision-support systems.
  • Experience developing validation strategies, technical performance measures, user evaluations, or transition plans for applied research and development programs.
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management experience.
  • Active-duty military experience.
