Technical Product Intern
About the role
Do you love learning how technology works and then figuring out the best way to explain its value to others? As a Technical Product Intern, you'll get hands-on experience with Red Hat technologies while learning how technical products are positioned, demonstrated, and brought to life for customers and users. You'll work alongside Technical Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other technical teams to understand our products and turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling technical experiences. Depending on your team, you might build a product demo, create a hands-on lab, develop a tutorial, explore a customer use case, analyze product or content data, or help tell the technical story behind a new capability. Note: This role's internal title at Red Hat is Technical Marketing Manager (TMM).
Responsibilities
- Own a meaningful project end to end, real responsibility from day one
- Create hands-on technical materials such as demos, tutorials, blogs, sample workflows, dashboards, or presentations that help people understand and use Red Hat products
- Work with product management, engineering, and technical teams to align content with what users actually need
- Use AI tools to work smarter and faster and explore where AI can improve how we create and deliver content
