Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Temporary coverage of technical positions on active projects.
  • Support during staffing transitions, absences, and urgent project needs.
  • Assistance during project start-up and mobilization phases.
  • Technical support for field teams and project personnel.
  • Participation in project onboarding and operational continuity efforts.
  • Business Development Support: Participation in client meetings and project visits.
  • Techical support during proposals and business development activities.
  • Identification of new opportunities and service improvements.
  • Contribution to strengthening the company’s presence in the U.S. market.
  • Operations & Logistics Support: Coordination of personnel mobilizations and demobilizations.
  • Support in onboarding processes and project deployments.
  • Monitoring operational requirements across multiple projects.
  • Coordination of vehicles, equipment, and project resources.
  • Talent Support: Participation in technical interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Support during recruitment and selection processes.
  • Assistance with onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Initial mentoring and technical guidance for newly assigned personnel.

Requirements

  • Degree in Geomatics Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Geospatial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects (highways, bridges, tunnels, rail, utilities, or similar large-scale works).
  • Ability to integrate quickly into active construction projects and assume responsibilities from day one.
  • Experience using Total Stations, GNSS systems, and modern surveying equipment; proficiency with topographic processing and modeling software; working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, OpenRoads, MicroStation, or similar software (highly desirable).
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation.
  • Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and willingness to learn.
  • Genuine interest in building a long-term international career.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States; availability for temporary assignments on project sites when required; flexibility to support.
