Technical Master Scheduler

About the role

The Technical Master Scheduler is responsible for managing the scheduling of technical resources to ensure optimal performance and availability of IT services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling of technical resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve capacity issues.
• Develop and maintain schedules that align with business objectives and resource availability.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations or project management.
• Experience with scheduling tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
