Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and technical decision-making.
- Drive end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot, and OpenAI services.
- Develop integrations using LLMs, APIs, and automation tools.
- Lead cloud-native architecture (microservices, APIs, CI/CD, containerization).
- Mentor teams and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Security, and Business stakeholders.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing implementations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a Technical Lead/Architect role.
- Strong cloud expertise (Azure preferred).
- Experience delivering AI/ML and Copilot-based solutions.
- Hands-on development experience (.NET / Python / JavaScript or similar).
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- With AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- Exposure to Power Platform or low-code automation.
- Cloud or AI certifications.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
