Technical Lead - Informatica

About the role

Technical Lead - Informatica position based in Charlotte, NC and Jersey City, NJ (3 days onsite per week). Full‑time role focused on leading data integration projects using Informatica and Hadoop technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data integration solutions involving Informatica and Hadoop.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently with competing deadlines.
• Provide technical expertise as a seasoned resource and individual contributor.
• Work under minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with deployment and support teams to ensure successful deployment into test and production environments.
• Apply Agile development processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy real‑time and near‑real‑time batch data integration solutions.
• Collaborate with teams across different time zones.
• Utilize Treasury Payments and Deposits domain knowledge.

Requirements

• 5‑7+ years of data delivery/integration experience.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Payments and Deposits domains.
• Ability to quickly grasp new technology concepts.
• Solid quantitative, analytical, process development, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, software development, and work management skills.

Skills

• Informatica development.
• Deep knowledge of Hadoop components, architecture, and tool sets.
• Apache Spark and Scala (minimum 3 years hands‑on experience in each).
• Experience architecting, developing, and implementing real‑time streaming solutions (Spark Streaming/Kafka).
• Knowledge of Spark configurations and performance tuning.
• Strong working knowledge of Hive, Impala, Oozie.
• Experience with Exadata and Oracle SQL tuning.
• Experience developing streaming/near‑real‑time and batch data integration solutions.
• UNIX shell scripting.
• Job scheduling with Autosys.

Schedule

3 days onsite per week (hybrid arrangement).
