Job Summary
The Technical Lead, Talent Enablement Applications job provides thought leadership for maintaining, integrating and implementing software applications within the organization. As a recognized subject matter expert in the field, this job performs business consultation, highly complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
Essential Functions
Consults, recommends and implements highly complex strategies for application configuration to align with business goals.
Provides thought leadership and finds improvements for release management processes and the programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases and product implementations.
Fosters an open channel of communication with users and provides advice on application support requests and needs.
Develops advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
Cultivates engagement with key internal and external partners, understanding their needs and maintaining effective communication to ensure project alignment and success.
Ledes efforts to review incoming incident tickets and user requests to ensure prioritization aligned with service level agreements.
Builds positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates relevant contracts.
Provides insights on the performance of configured applications and recommends adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identifies, recommends and implements improvements for moderate to advanced and highly complex application specific support processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Experience:
Certifications and/or experience with SuccessFactors Talent Enablement Modules (PMGM, Recruiting & Onboarding, LMS)
Experience with talent enablement applications (e.g. Degreed, Alchemy, LinkedIn Learning, Perceptyx, and other talent management, talent acquisition, & learning and development technology solutions)
Additional Applicant Information
The expected salary for this position is $165,000- $197,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience.
