Technical Lead Engineer 3

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Engineer who enjoys working on complex products to join our growing team! They will be the technical lead for a team of software engineers and DevOps engineers to provide solutions to mission customers.

Responsibilities

• Experience using the Linux command line interface.
• Experience developing microservices using Java and Spring.
• Experience developing and maintaining NiFi workflows, creating custom processors, and coordinate with DevOps team to increase processing cluster to keep with velocity and volume of data.
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and containers.
• Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Experience using system monitoring tools including Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience using Git for version control.

Requirements

• - 20+yrs of experience as an engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
• - Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• - Active TS/SCI w/ poly clearance

Skills

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery principles and tools such as GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
• Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch for data indexing and retrieval.
• Experience with NiFi for dataflow management and ingestion.
• Experience with the Amazon HCI platform.
• Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in an Agile development environment and on a multi-disciplinary team.

Pay

Salary range - $210,000-$250,000, based on qualifications/experience

Schedule

Telework: up to 16 hrs. per week based on available tasking at the discretion of leadership.
