Technical Lead AI Accelerated Software Engineering
Technical Leadership
Lead architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise software solutions (apps, data, integration, AI agents/models).
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions; participate in roadmap and technology evaluation discussions.
Mentorship: Guide engineers through design and code reviews.
AI Integration: Drive the adoption of AI in the software development lifecycle and evaluate new tools for prototyping.
Engineering
Develop scalable applications using Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
Define coding standards and enforce best practices.
Quality & Infrastructure
Establish automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and use Infrastructure-as-Code on AWS or Azure.
Integration
Build enterprise integrations using APIs, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Qualifications
- Experience 6+ years in software engineering designing enterprise applications, data/analytics, or integration solutions.
- 1+ years of technical leadership (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Architect).
- 1+ years in AI-augmented software development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- PREFERRED: Master's Degree or Minor in AI/Machine Learning.
Technical Skills
- Programming: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript.
- Data: Relational modeling, SQL, Document/Graph Databases.
- Integration: REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus.
- DevOps/Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines.
- AI Engineering: Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and LLM prompt engineering/fine-tuning.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $143,000 – $185,000 (Base), plus profit sharing.
