Position: Expert Interviewer Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$60/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 hours/week Role Responsibilities Run structured 20-minute interviews with shortlisted experts. Assess technical depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit using a provided rubric.Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity. Identify and report any red flags.Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass. Write concise summaries for the program team.Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours. Qualifications Must-Have Prior recruiting, interviewing, or technical-vetting experience.Comfort assessing senior engineers.Strong communication and structured judgment.Weekday business-hours availability.Reliable commitment to 10 hours/week, fully Remote.
