We're seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Herndon, VA to oversee data center build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Use judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Manage capital budgets
• Eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery
• Apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
• Exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking
• Manage stakeholder relationships to influence and deliver highly challenging schedules
• Proactively solve complex problems during program execution

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or advanced professional certifications in management of complex, high value technology infrastructure projects

Skills

• Strong communication (both written and verbal)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities
• Capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint
• Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration a plus
• Experience managing large-scale projects highly desired
• Experience managing construction projects and/or data center installation projects particularly beneficial

Pay

Base salary range: $127,100 - $171,900 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
