Technical Fellow, Enterprise Architecture

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise target-state architecture across all layers
• Build and lead a team of architects, ensuring their alignment with architectural standards
• Lead platform portfolio strategy to rationalize the technology portfolio and governance
• Integrate architectural guidelines into Lean Portfolio Management cycles
• Design and implement a governance framework for data and AI interoperability
• Collaborate with leaders across value streams for architectural alignment on initiatives
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation and technology roadmap

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical experience, with 7+ years in enterprise architecture or as a distinguished engineer
• Experience defining enterprise architecture across various business domains and technology layers
• Proven track record influencing VP and C-suite platform and investment decisions
• Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile frameworks like SAFe
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Databricks at an architectural level

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
