About the role
Responsible for estimating technical projects and providing cost analysis to support project planning and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Estimate project costs accurately based on detailed specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and pricing models to ensure competitive estimates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project estimation or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of construction or engineering industry practices.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with project management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Pay
- $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
