Technical Escalations Engineer 2 (Revenue and Cost Management) - APJ

About the role

Become an expert on usage metering, revenue behavior, and cloud cost management within technical solutions. Lead escalations involving unexpected usage, billing anomalies, missing data, and limits enforcement. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to escalate bugs and improve usage visibility.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented about usage measurement, attribution, and billing across products and plan entitlements
• Strong grasp of cloud cost drivers, usage attribution, and spend analysis
• Familiar with cloud billing models from AWS, Azure, GCP including usage types and APIs

Nice to have

• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
• Familiarity with Datadog, integrations ecosystem, or similar observability platforms

Locations: Seoul, South Korea; Sydney, Australia; Tokyo, Japan. Hybrid flexibility is standard for this role.
