Qualifications

• Education: BS, MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical field)
• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing technical and/or engineering projects
• Project Expertise: Proven track record in project management; PMP, PMI, or PPM certifications a plus
• Technical Savvy: Knowledge of the paper industry a bonus, but passion for innovation essential
• Collaborative Mindset: Thrives in a team setting, enjoys creative problem-solving and meaningful innovation
