Who We're Looking For

  • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of various technologies, including software applications, cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and enterprise AI platforms and tooling.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Project Management: Experience in scoping, planning, and executing technology-related projects.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing integration requirements and identifying optimal solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in enterprise AI.
  • This includes tracking how AI tools evolve, how organizations govern their use, and how end users can apply them effectively.
  • AI Tool Administration: Experience administering enterprise AI tools, including configuring access and permissions, managing licensing, monitoring usage and adoption, communicating policies to end users, and coordinating with vendors on deployment and support.

Required Education and Experience

  • 5+ years experience within technical enablement, project management, or a similar role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.

Benefits and Pay Range

  • Pay Range – This role’s range is $93,250 - $166,250.
  • The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy.
  • Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets.
  • This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan.
  • The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
