Technical Director of Mixed Signal
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical leadership, driving key strategic decisions, roadmaps, and architectural developments for mixed-signal designs across global teams
Collaborate with IC designers and system engineers to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation products
Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent, fostering a high-performance culture
Drive collaboration with support teams (CAD, technology, and digital) to enhance productivity across the organization
Qualifications
- Extensive technical expertise in data converters, with hands-on IC tape-out and productization experience
- Strong ability to translate high-level specifications into block-level design requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience providing customer-facing support throughout product development and release-to-production phases
Compensation And Benefits
- MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.
- The actual starting base salary will be determined by the match to certain role-related criteria such as educational degree(s) or equivalent, relevant work experience, skillset needed for the role, and geographic location; this is not an all-inclusive list as some roles may require unique skills or experience.
