Technical Director C4ISR/C5ISR

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director specializing in C4ISR/C5ISR systems to lead our development, integration, and operational strategies. The ideal candidate will drive innovative solutions to enhance mission effectiveness, focusing on systems that involve sensor integration, secure communication networks, command and control (C2), hybrid power generation for border/perimeter security, and Counter-UAS Detect, Track, Identify, and Defeat systems in urban to austere environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the C4ISR/C5ISR program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and integration of complex C4ISR systems, ensuring interoperability and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead technical teams in implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in C4ISR/C5ISR operations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand emerging needs and implement technology solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, recommending enhancements and innovations.
• Establish and enforce quality control standards for all C4ISR/C5ISR projects, ensuring reliability and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in C4ISR/C5ISR systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in C4ISR/C5ISR architectures, system integration, and relevant technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, data analytics).
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of the new business capture process.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, or related) are a plus.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance.
