Job Description
The Technical Director is responsible for establishing, implementing and enforcing all technical policies related to the sale, use and installation of Insulation products and systems. By balancing sales potential and opportunities against associated potential risks, the Technical Director helps ensure the Insulation Division’s long-term, sustainable growth. As a member of Insulation’s Management Team, the Technical Director assists in the development and execution of the business unit’s strategy.
Qualifications
- Excellent supervisory, communication, organizational and writing skills
- Knowledge of the insulation industry
- Experience leading trade organization committees, ASTM committees, etc.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills
- Strong presentation skills
