Technical Development Operations Manufacturing Associate II

We are seeking a motivated Specialist to support pilot-scale formulation manufacturing (Lipid Nanoparticles and Drug Products) at our premier campus in Norwood, MA. This on-site role offers an exceptional opportunity to execute innovative biomanufacturing processes in a high-impact technical development environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute established Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) and Drug Product unit operations according to approved procedures.
• Prepare materials, buffers, and pilot-scale equipment while maintaining clean and safe work areas.
• Practice strict Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory and biomanufacturing equipment.
• Communicate process, material, or safety issues with clear technical context to cross-functional teams.
• Support onboarding, peer training, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in a biotech manufacturing, development, quality, or laboratory environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years of bioprocess manufacturing or development experience.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF).
• Preferred: Demonstrated success in bioprocess troubleshooting and technology transfer.
