Technical Designer

We are seeking a skilled individual contributor responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit. The role involves analyzing and evaluating garments to develop the correct fit specifications and ensuring that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities, and cost specifications. Responsibilities Develop technical specifications and communicate fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections. Make appropriate adjustments with factories to ensure integrity of design-approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price. Direct Assistant or Associate Technical Designers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in technical design with intimates/apparel. Proficiency in Excel, Illustrator, and Flex PLM. Experience with centric training and pattern correction. Ability to write detailed fit comments and tech packs. Skills and Attributes Flexible and a problem solver. Supportive and able to maintain composure in stressful situations. Approachable, empathetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Agile and willing to go the extra mile.
