In this role, you will maintain and execute design aesthetics, ensuring consistent fit and construction that aligns with customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to translate design concepts into precise specifications for costing and initial prototypes, leveraging fit camps to uphold customer fit consistency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute design aesthetics through consistent fit and construction, aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate and influence cross-functional partners and vendors effectively.
• Translate design concepts into detailed specifications for costing and first prototypes.
• Leverage fit camps and maintain overall customer fit consistency across products.
• Troubleshoot and communicate fit issues promptly and clearly.
• Provide input on fit and construction risk management strategies.
• Ensure both physical and digital samples comply with brand standards throughout the product creation process.

Requirements

• General understanding and practical application of garment construction, patternmaking, alterations, and grading.
• Well-versed in Fit, Construction, and Quality standards.
• Strong understanding of brand, customer, and cost requirements.
• Understanding of PLM software or Tech Pack Management systems.
• Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data to recommend effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to be a strong collaborator and influencer.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of 3D rendering and/or digital pattern software.
