For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action in a regulated financial services environment.

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery coordination for complex Enterprise Data Management initiatives
  • Define and clarify scope, milestones, and delivery health for execution alignment
  • Lead cross-team efforts to manage dependencies and progress priorities
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align execution plans
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks early to safeguard timelines and outcomes
  • Ensure accurate reflection of scope in team planning and commitments as execution evolves
  • Drive consensus when priorities or decisions are unclear to keep teams aligned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience considered
  • Minimum 5 years in delivery management, technical project/program management, or related roles
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-team technology initiatives
  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams at scale
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices and their linkage to broader outcomes
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and enforce clarity in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, adept at influencing diverse stakeholders
