Technical Delivery Director, Infrastructure Major Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Participate throughout all phases of APD projects including staff assignments, pursuit delivery, project delivery, construction phase engineering services, and project close out.
- Collaborate with Major Project Director of Alternative Project Delivery to ensure adequate staffing and delivery or pursuits and projects.
- Facilitate assignment of the Design Manager and technical resources during the pursuit, delivery, and construction phases.
- Facilitate assignment of the Quality Management and Technology Management resources during the pursuit and project delivery phases.
Specific Responsibilities
- Create and lead high performing Design Management and technical teams to meet delivery, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Create high performing teams that effectively collaborate to deliver projects across Infrastructure as well as cross-BOU projects.
- Responsible for overall project resource planning and coordination on major projects.
- Perform role of Design Manager and/or Principal-in-charge on certain pursuits and projects.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or comparable technical, business, or professional degree.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.

Pay Range
Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ, VA Areas: $201,400.00 - $312,200.00 Annually
Locations in WA, DC & Various CA, MA, VA Areas: $216,100.00 - $334,900.00 Annually
Locations in NYC & CA (Bay Area) & NJ (RP): $230,700.00 - $357,600.00 Annually
