Technical Consultant - Oracle HCM Technical (AI & Workflow Automation)

Onsite Location: USA (NJ / Dallas / Austin / Houston). Offshore Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai. Work Mode: Hybrid. Experience: 10+ Years.

Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with expertise in AI Agents, Integrations, Reports, Data Migration, AI-enabled HR solutions, and Workflow Automation. The candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions while driving intelligent automation and digital HR transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI Agents, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BIP/OTBI reports
• Configure and optimize Oracle BPM Workflows, and Process Automation.
• Support data migration, reporting, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security, and governance standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience.
• Expertise in Oracle AI & Workflows is a must.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, ORC, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management, and Benefits.
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
