Technical Consultant / Developer, Federal ERP (Momentum / Oracle EBS / SAP)

About the role

You will work directly with the functional team to design, develop, and troubleshoot interfaces, extensions, conversions, reports, and performance issues across ERP platforms: Momentum ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or SAP. We seek someone with deep technical expertise who has debugged and resolved production financial interface issues at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of interfaces, extensions, conversions, and reports across the ERP landscape (Momentum, Oracle EBS, or SAP).
• Momentum technical work: configuration workbench, Oracle PL/SQL, Java/J2EE components, WebLogic, batch and job scheduling.
• Oracle EBS technical work: PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, OAF, Workflow, open interfaces and APIs, BI/XML Publisher.
• SAP technical work: ABAP, FI/CO and Funds Management (PSMFM) objects, IDocs, Fiori/UI5, S/4HANA conversion work.
• Data migration: extract, cleanse, map, load, reconcile, and defend the reconciliation.
• Web services / API integration with Treasury, entitlement, procurement, and feeder systems.
• Performance tuning, batch window optimization, and production defect resolution.
• Environment refreshes, patching support, and deployment automation.
• Create technical documentation that is clear and actionable for others.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP technical development.
• Deep skill in at least one of: Momentum ERP technical, Oracle EBS R12 technical, or SAP ABAP (FI/CO or PSMFM).
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL; solid relational data modeling instincts.
• Experience with interfaces and data conversion on a real production system.
• Version control, CI/CD, and structured change management practice.
• Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent hands-on background.
• U.S. citizenship (required for clearance eligibility).

Preferred Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Prior federal or defense program experience.
• Experience with Momentum + one other platform (the translation skill is rare and valuable).
• Cloud exposure: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government.
• Reporting stack experience: BI Publisher, Cognos, Business Objects, Power BI.
