Internal Number: xx125 Global BioIngredients – Remote (US) Global BioIngredients is seeking a motivated and scientifically minded Technical Business Development Associate to support growth within the life sciences and microbiology industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in the commercial side of biotechnology who enjoys communication, relationship-building, organization, and problem-solving. Our company supplies ingredients and raw materials used by major life science, microbiology, and diagnostic manufacturers throughout North America. While our US operation is a small, highly collaborative team, we are backed by an international manufacturing organization with decades of industry experience and production facilities in Spain and Mexico. This is a fully remote position within the United States. What You’ll Do Identify and research prospective customers within the biotechnology, microbiology, fermentation, and life science industriesSupport outreach to product managers, technical personnel, and purchasing groupsCoordinate product sample activity and maintain follow-up through customer evaluation and validation processesMaintain organized documentation of customer interactions and opportunity progress within our CRM systemParticipate in weekly and monthly business review meetings with US and international management teamsAssist with market research, competitive intelligence, and commercial development activitiesSupport customer visits and industry trade shows as neededWork closely with internal logistics, account management, and manufacturing teams What Makes This Role Different This is not a high-pressure transactional sales environment.
