About the role

We are seeking a Communication Domain-experienced Technical Business Analyst / Process Consultant with exposure to Enterprise Data Products, particularly in the telecom sector with Metro Ethernet experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document the Communication Order to Activate process, Service Order Management, Provisioning, and Activation.
• Work with Enterprise Products such as Ethernet (primarily), Ethernet Private Line, Ethernet Virtual Private Line, Business Internet, Wavelength, IPVPN, and similar technologies.
• Understand integration aspects and workflows, including Web Services, Queues, Topics, XML, and JSON.
• Utilize integration specification tools like Swagger.
• Apply Agile project management methodologies, with specific knowledge of SAFe being advantageous.
• Manage stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively.
• Lead cross-geography teams through discovery and grooming phases.
• Create and maintain process documents and architecture diagrams using tools like Visio and BPM tools.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Process Consultant in the telecom domain.
• Exposure to Enterprise Data Products, particularly Ethernet-based solutions.
• Understanding of integration workflows and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, preferably with SAFe knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and elicitation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-geography teams.
• Experience with tools such as Visio and BPM tools for process documentation and architecture diagrams.
